The Sugar Industry Tribunal has ordered the Fiji Sugar Corporation to terminate crushing at Labasa Mill on the 19th of next month.

Shailend Krishna made the order after consulting the CEO’s of the Sugarcane Growers Council and the Fiji Sugar Corporation.

In making the order the Sugar Industry Tribunal has requested all growers and gangs in Labasa Mill to make every effort to harvest all cane and deliver it to Labasa Mill by the 19th of November.
