Suspect in custody over death

A suspect is currently in custody following the discovery of the corpse of an American woman at a resort in the Mamanucas on Sunday.

FBC News understands that the suspect is the husband of the 39-year-old victim.

Police say the person is still in custody as their investigations continue.

The post-mortem is also expected to be done today.
