A former Suva lawyer has been arrested after plastics containing white crystal substances believed to be methamphetamine were found in his possession.

The arrest was made last night following a raid at the suspect’s home in Raiwai.

Police say the seized substance has been sent for analysis as investigations continue.

The 69-year-old suspect remains in custody at the Raiwaqa Police Station.
