Police Force with its festive season operation [Source: Fiji Police]

The Police Force has started with its festive season operation in all four divisions in the country.

Operation “Yadrayadravaki” is aimed in ensuring the festive season is crime and incident free.

Traffic operations were boosted in Suva last night with deployment of special operation capabilities.

Command vehicles were deployed to different locations throughout the night along the Queens Highway.

Operations in Suva city continued as normal with deployments of officers beside the Suva City Library and at the Millers Wharf.

Mobile and foot patrols are also being done to counter theft and assault.
