The Water Authority has instituted health and safety protocols to protect its employees and customers visiting their offices.

Chief Executive, Barry Omundson says they’re following the guidelines set out by the Health Ministry.

Omundson says all worksites, offices and customer centres are following a set of safety protocols.

He says effective immediately, if they can communicate via email or phone, they will do that instead of being in a group meeting.

The CEO says they’re also practising social distancing.
