Two women charged with loitering granted bail

Two women charged with one count each of loitering for the purpose of prostitution have been released on bail by the Suva Magistrates court.

Ana Ciri and Melanie Morris were allegedly loitering at Victoria Parade in Suva last Thursday suspected of committing an offence.

The two were arrested by a police operation’s team as they were seen hanging around Suva and were acting in a suspicious manner.

The two were released on strict bail conditions.

They were ordered not to re-offend, not to interfere with prosecution witnesses and not to change their residential address.

The matter has been adjourned to September 12th.
