Former Fiji 7’s player Amenoni Nasilasila appeared at the Lautoka High Court.

Former Fiji 7’s player Amenoni Nasilasila who is charged with rape made his appearance again at the Lautoka High Court today.

The prosecution sought further time from the court to file its submission and serve disclosures to the defense counsel.

The High Court Judge granted further time of two weeks.

26-year-old Nasilasila is alleged to have raped a 24-year-old woman in Olosara, Sigatoka on December 22nd.

Bail has also been extended.

The matter will be recalled on March 4th.
