Mosese Koroi Sigabalavu

The case of a 27-year-old farmer from Kadavu charged with murder has been transferred to the Suva High Court.

Mosese Koroi Sigabalavu who is charged with the murder of his pregnant partner has been further remanded.

It is alleged that he assaulted his 23-year-old de-facto partner in Nasese last week which resulted in her death.

Defence counsel asked the Magistrate if he can make orders for proper security in the remand center as Koroi has received many threatening calls.

The case will be recalled at the Suva High Court on the 26th of this month.
