The Commission has been given the responsibility to carry out the investigation into the affairs of PCN.

The court heard that in January, Qalowasa failed to furnish documents to FCCC officers such as building plans, contracts, receipts, details of payments collected, audited financial reports, bank statements among other documents.

In court today, Qalowasa has vacated his previous guilty plea after seeking the assistance of a new counsel.

The case has been adjourned to May 8th.
