The defense told the court that the sureties will be present in court on July 8th.

It is alleged that between the 18th to the 22nd of July 2015, Werelagi threatened or forced a 15-year-old girl to enter into or remain in sexual servitude.

It is also alleged that between the 18th to the 20th of July 2015, he facilitated the transportation of a 15-year-old girl from Nausori to Rewa Street in Suva, with the intent that the girl will be used to provide sexual services.

The matter will be recalled on July 8th for a pre-trial conference.
