The Doctor for alleged drug smuggler Justin Ho was today summoned before the Lautoka High Court.

This was due to Ho missing at least three court dates as he was admitted in the hospital.

Dr. Mark Rokobuli in court today stated that he had attended to Justin Ho a week ago in hospital and that Ho complained of backache and pain down his lower limb.

According to Dr. Rokobuli, he agrees that Ho’s situation is such that he needs hospitalization care.

He says that the accused is unable to carry himself and needs assistance.

The Doctor also stated that a medical report was made in relation to this.

28-year-old Justin Ho is charged with attempted unlawful exportation of illicit drugs.

The Lautoka High Court Judge has also requested that Ho be present for the next court date which is on the 31st of this month.
