The Fiji Broadcasting Corporation and it’s Chief executive are suing the Fiji Labour Party for defamation on social media.

This law suit is about an online post made on the Fiji Labour Party’s Facebook page.

Its alleged in the Facebook post that the FLP claimed the FBC was unable to service its loan of about $21 million and that the chief executive officer of the FBC had to turn to the Attorney-General to bail him out and taxpayers got butchered in the process.
