Sarju Prasad and Vijendra Prakash
The application made by the national executive council of the Shree Sanatan Dharm Pratinidhi Sabha has been allowed by the Suva High Court.
The council made an application this morning to be part of the proceedings alongside its board of trustees in the matter of Vijendra Prakash against Sarju Prasad.
Prasad is the National President of the Sabha.
A court order was issued to the executive council last month not to hold the national executive council election until further notice.
The court order was issued after Prakash who is the current secretary-general and a Member of Parliament was not allowed to contest the election.
The case will be recalled tomorrow for the copies of ruling to be given to counsel.
