Khan testified in court yesterday that she was in total control of the vehicle on the day of the incident.

On the other hand, she had also said that she did not know what she was doing because she was traumatized by her husband’s actions.

Khan said she was in an abusive relationship with her husband.

Rozleen Razia Khan revealed that she got married at the age of 16 and when she started working, she had an affair with an accountant because she was unhappy with her married life.

Khan testified that because of her relationship with another man, she and her husband argued on May 6th.

That was when her husband served her papers stating he wanted full custody of all three children.

Justice Perera will give his verdict on Tuesday.
