In court today, Defense counsel alluded that Apisai Lomani’s wife is related to Judge Justice Salesi Temo.

In response Judge Justice Daniel Goundar says the case will be called before him until Judge Temo comes back.

Justice Goundar says that he will let Justice Temo decide whether he will hear the case or not.

The two have been further remanded.

The case will be recalled on February 26th.
