A man from Nasinu who is alleged to have caused the death of his friend in a road accident, will have his bail application ruling made this afternoon.

Shelvin Kumar appeared in the Nasinu Magistrates Court today.

It is alleged Kumar was travelling with Saimoni Lalanibaravi in his car, along Nasinu road, in a dangerous manner on the 5th of January, last year, at the time of the accident.

This accident caused the death of Lalanibaravi.

Prosecution confirms the accused and the victim were friends and neighbours.
