A couple is admitted at the Lautoka Hospital after they both sustained burns following an argument at their home.

The incident occurred last Thursday at Drauniivi village in Ra.

The 41-year-old woman is alleged to have tried to burn herself following a heated argument.

Her husband also sustained burns while trying to put out the fire.

The woman sustained 49% burns while her husband sustained 12% burns.

Investigation continues.
