The Suva High Court will deliver its judgment in relation to the constitutional redress application made by Josaia Waqabaca in the Fiji Times case on 15th March.

Waqabaca is charged with one count of sedition along with Anare Ravula, Fred Wesley and Hank Arts.

It is alleged that Waqabaca, Ravula, Wesley, Arts and the Fiji Times Limited made or caused to have published a seditious statement in the Nai Lalakai newspaper.

High court Judge Justice Thushara Rajasinghe said the judgement is not ready yet.

The judgment was supposed to be delivered today.
