Communities play an important role in reducing crime says Defence Minister, Ratu Inoke Kubuabola.

“Instead, we are collaborating with the local communities with a renewed sense of confidence and trust. We all share our vision for a secure and safe Fiji for all Fijians.”

Ratu Inoke says people need to work with the Fiji Police Force so that safer homes are provided especially to the weak and vulnerable.

He says crime has significant personal, social and economic impact on the people, therefore being advocates in different areas will help reduce crime.
