Residents in the greater Kinoya and Valelevu areas in Nasinu will have another new place to do their shopping with the opening of the Harvest Supermarket on Saturday.
The supermarket is one component of the business development arm of the Christian Mission Fellowship International which runs the World Harvest Centre in Kinoya.
The church will also celebrate its 25th anniversary this weekend.
CMFI has over the years built a primary and secondary school, established a radio station as well as provided Christian TV service to the public.
The church has also established the Global Compassion, a registered charity that provides services to the destitute and marginalized and humanitarian assistance during times of natural disasters.
CMFI was birthed in the cane fields of Labasa and registered in 1990.
Under the leadership of Founder and President, Reverend Suliasi Kurulo, CMFI is the fastest growing church that has networks in over 100 countries.
