The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions has dropped a charge against a Senior Police officer.
Suspended Senior Superintendent Biu Matavou is alleged to have sworn at a junior police officer who was on-duty last year.
The DPP’s Office says in a notice that it does not intend to continue proceedings.
