Minister for Economy Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum has stated that changes brought by the FijiFirst government are done for the better.

While referring to the government’s Digital Fiji Initiative, Sayed-Khaiyum says the idea is to provide more efficient service to the people.

Sayed-Khaiyum says the government is closely working with digital experts to find ways in which more services can be acquired online.

“So a number of things are happening quite rapidly and in that space, as you know we are using the services of the Singaporeans they are very good at this and they have been doing it a number of years.”

The Minister says the government will continue to ensure the provision of quality and efficient service is paramount.
