Telecom Fiji Limited made a massive profit of $13.49 million for financial year ended 31 March, 2015.
As revealed in its Annual Report for 2015 the company recorded a growth of 3.25 percent or $2.85 million in sale and marketing initiatives.
The company is a subsidy of Amalgamated Telecom Fiji Ltd and ATH group chairman Ajith Kodagoda says he was especially proud of Telecom for its performance.
The annual report for the ATH group also showed, through service delivery matrix, a tremendous improvement over the last 12 months.
Kodagoda also attributed the success of the turnaround on the major rescaling and resources rationalization programme carried out 18 months ago.
Telecom is now working closely with other subsidiaries within ATH to leverage from existing resources and minimise infrastructure duplication.
