October 17, 2017 6:09 pm

Census enumerators are still out in the field counting houses that may have missed out.

Senior Statistician, Emali Soderberg says they are still doing a sweep around the country to make sure they count people who missed the initial visit.

“We currently conducting another sweep across the urban centers..the reason being because we need to cover those that have not been at home during the visitations that was done last week.”

Soderberg says the use of tablets has made the census process easier.

“It has been cost effective and has also saved us a lot of time. We have been able to do corrections on the field and as well as check with HQ if there are any problems.”

They are expected to complete the sweep before the end of this month.
