The new consumer council office and logo symbolizes a dynamic and unswerving commitment to ensuring the well-being and rights of consumers.

Chief Executive, Seema Shandil says their new branding will create an identity for consumers and increase consumer confidence.

This also build the abilities of the Council and their safety in the marketplace.

Shandil says this is important as they consider the impact that online marketplaces are having on the evolution of consumer rights.

CCF says the lack of access in the past may have hindered people from filing their complaints face to face.

The new office and logo also represent the Council’s push to incorporate new concepts and innovate on the foundation of ideas already laid in the fight for consumer rights.

The CCF office is now located on level 5 of Vanua House in Suva.
