Fiji 7s coach Nacanieli Cawanibuka has a point to prove at this weekend’s Cape Town tournament in South Africa.

Cawanibuka will lead the national side for the last time in this tournament before the new coach Gareth Baber takes over from January.

Last weekend in Dubai, Cawanibuka proved that despite the departure of former coach Ben Ryan, the national team still has the Fijian flare of playing the game at an unpredictable pace.

Fiji kicks off its Cape Town campaign against Japan at 11.05pm today.
