The driver of the bus involved in the fatal accident in Ba on Friday will appear in the Ba Magistrates Court tomorrow.

Three people in the rental car which collided head on with the bus died.

In a Police statement this afternoon Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro says, post mortem conducted on the deceaseds bodies today showed they died from injuries sustained at the accident.

The 26 year old bus driver has been charged with three counts of causing death by dangerous driving and two counts of dangerous driving causing grievious bodily harm.

Two other passengers of the rental car are recovering in hospital.
