Opposition parliamentarian, Mosese Bulitavu appeared in the Suva Magistrate’s Court today to hear his application for a bail variation in relation to the case of an alleged seditious graffitti campaign in 2011.

Bulitavu, Suva businessman Jagath Karuna-ratne, Eroni Takape, Waisale Daganayasi and Usaia Koroi are charged with writing seditious comments in public places

The court heard that Bulitavu will attend a meeting overseas from the 26th September to the 11th of October.

A ruling on the bail variation for Bulitavu will be heard on Monday.
