A breast cancer survivor has commended authorities for health services provided to cancer patients.

72 year old – Marseu Rafai says five years ago, she suffered from Breast Cancer.

And with the help of the local surgeons she was able to recover in a short time.

“The service they have given me and what I have suffered, they have given me a fair treatment. I was able to recover I am happy that I am still alive today.”

Rafai says people shouldn’t complain about the lack of cancer specialists in the country as it is their individual responsibility to fight against Breast Cancer.

This month is designated PINKTOBER, to increase awareness on breast cancer and raise funds for the cancer patients.
