Billing info now accessible to WAF customers

Water Authority of Fiji customers can now access their billing information at the nearest WAF office.
A new platform has been set up by the TFL enabling customers to have easy access to their water bills.
WAF chief executive Opetaia Ravai says TFL has connected the authority’s twenty eight branches to the main hub – that is the main branch in Suva.
“TFL is providing the cloud where all our offices in all the 28 sites can connect to, there’s nothing to do with the customer in terms of costs but it provides better service that they can access information quicker from our head office because most of our information is based here, so for someone from Tavua to access it, they need the TFL network.”
