In a bid to allow customer to fly in ultimate comfort, Fiji Airways has introduced a new initiative called the Bula Bid.

Through this initiative, Economy Class customers can now bid for upgrades to Business Class on international flights.

Managing Director, Andre Vilijoen says guests can bid for an upgrade between seven days and 24 hours before their scheduled flight departure.

Viljoen says the successful bids are dependent on a number of factors including seat availability and the number and amount of offers for the flight.

He adds following the interest among guests for Bula Bid during the soft-launch period, they are happy to roll it out formally across international networks.
