A Bench Warrant has been issued against prominent Lautoka Lawyer Iqbal Khan.

Khan was summoned to appear in a FICAC case against Janardan Naidu an employee of Iqbal Khan & Associates.

Khan was to take the stand as a prosecution witness.

However – failed to obey the summons issued.

Naidu is charged on counts relating to Forgery, and the hearing got underway last week.
