Miss Fiji Zaira Begg is ready to represent Fiji at the Pacific Pageant in Cook Island next week.

Begg says she has been busy with her preparation because she had only one month to prepare herself.

Miss Fiji says she plans to advocate on youth empowerment during the pageant.

“I am blessed to be the first ever Miss Fiji and i am proud to be of my mixed heritage. So far my prep has been hectic i must say busy schedule.”

She says her costumes will promote Fijian made products.

Begg was crowned Miss TFL Fiji in October and she will leave Fiji for her pageant on the 6th of December.
