Over twenty thousand people from around the world will be attending the two weeks of COP23.

As a symbol of the presidency, Fiji has placed a spectacular Drua in the main foyer in Bonn, which has been floodlit for maximum impact.

Bainimarama says it is a message to the world that all 7.5 billion people on earth are in the same canoe.

The global conference will showcase steps countries are taking towards a low-emission, climate-resilient global economy.
