A former employee of Biosecurity Authority of Fiji who is charged with three counts of theft appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court.

However, the case was adjourned because there was no Magistrate.

FICAC says the alleged offence took place when Matai Matakitoga was employed as the acting Chief Executive Officer of Bio Security of Fiji in mid October, 2013.

The case will be recalled on the 26th of this month.
