The infamous Azonto driver appeared before the Land Transport Authority Tribunal in Lautoka yesterday.

Bus driver Ritesh Kumar and his lawyer appeared before LTA CEO Naisa Tuinaceva, maintaining his stand that the video was a fake.

The authority has now decided to compile more evidence to make its case stronger.

Tuinaceva says a final decision will be made on October 5th.

The video was uploaded to youtube a few weeks ago, prompting the public to speak out.
