The Maritime Safety Authority of Fiji will meet the Labour Ministry’s OHS Department today to discuss the asbestos find on the MV Lomaiviti Princess.

The meeting was scheduled for yesterday but MSAF CEO Neal Slack says the Ministry postponed it.

Today’s meeting will surround the results of suspected asbestos from the vessel which were sent overseas for testing and returned positive.
