While the SDA Church has yet to respond to the court orders, they earlier told FBC News, all school funds or Grants are being handled by the school management.

SDA Church General Secretary Pastor Joe Talemaitoga says not even a single cent of the Free Education Grant (FEG) or any other government funds goes to the church.

He then requested that we direct all questions regarding the abuse of funds to the Ministry of Education or the Government department that disburses and audits the funds.

Pastor Talemaitoga adds that the Church was not able to hold a school Board or AGM this school term because the audited accounts for Vatuvonu was not available.
