An Australian real estate company Raine & Horne has established its office in Lautoka.

Operation director, CJ Sergill says importing Raine & Horne’s business practices will prove a big tick with Fijians because Australia has the best consumer protection laws, a sophisticated real estate industry and very high standard of agency practice, especially in the franchise environment.
”We have a team of twenty and our plan is to increase it to thirty. We have already opened an office in Nadi and we are planning to open one in Suva very shortly and then we will look into Savusavu and Rakiraki.”
Sergill says they plan to further expand to the Solomon Islands, Samoa and Vanuatu.
