Hearing for the yacht Shenanigans belonging to Australian Couple Yvette and John Nikolic will be heard before the Suva High Court today.

This also includes approximately $30,000 in undeclared currency which was found on board the yacht.

While Yvette has been acquitted of all charges – John’s case is still before the court.

Yesterday, High Court Judge Justice Daniel Goundar found John Nikolic guilty of all charges.

Nikolic has been charged after drugs, cash, arms, and ammunition were found on board his yacht in Nadi last year.

He is charged with two counts each of importing an illicit drug with two alternative counts of possessing an illicit drug.

John is also charged with a count each of possessing arms and ammunition without holding an arms license.

The Australian national were arrested after authorities seized 13 bricks of cocaine weighing 15 kilograms as well as ecstasy tablets with an estimated value of $30 million from their yacht.
