Aust Foreign Minister meets Fijian Opposition Leader

Opposition Leader Ro Teimumu Kepa says she is pleased with the exchange that has taken place with Australian Foreign Minister, Julie Bishop.

Kepa says Bishop was keen to hear the views of the Opposition on the various topics discussed.

Discussions covered the General Elections, Human Rights, Auditor Generals reports, Seasonal Workers, Pacific Islands Forum, as well as other topics.

Bishop met with Kepa, Biman Prasad, Pio Tabaiwalu and Mick Beddoes from the Opposition on her 2 day ministerial visit to Fiji.
