November 6, 2017 2:41 am

Assessors have retired behind closed doors to deliberate on their opinion of four men who allegedly raped their 14-year-old nephew.

While summing up the case, High Court Judge Justice Salesi Temo says the assessors must base their decision on what they heard in court and nothing else.

The alleged incident occurred in Tailevu between November 2015 to March last year.
