The People’s Liberation Army Ark Peace Hospital Naval Ship left Fiji yesterday.

Chinese Ambassador to Fiji Zhang Ping, Commander of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces Rear Admiral Viliame Naupoto and other diplomatic corps farewelled the vessel.

RFMF Chief Staff Coordination Officer Captain Eroni Duaibe says the Ark Peace arrived here last Thursday on a humanitarian Mission named “Mission Harmony”.

He says it entails the dissemination of Medical services and the offering of medical services to Fijians.

During its visit, the Ark Peace helicopter took personnel’s to Vatulele to provide them medical services.
