The Reach 4 Your Future Foundation plans to do another Christmas Carol initiative, this time in Vanuabalavu after a successful debut last year.
In 2017, the Foundation took their Christmas Carol show to Koro Island spreading early Christmas joy and ensuring the school children on the island were assisted with their back to school necessities.
Foundation President Ganesh Sen said it’s important that children in Primary School are well equipped.
He added, it was also an opportunity to give back to the villagers of Koro Island who had lost so much during Tropical Cyclone Winston.
“So Fiji, we’ll probably be looking at first week of December this year, because we don’t want to do it at the very end because kids start moving out of the islands and that’s what we found out.”
Sen says this time around they’re heading to the Lau Group and are expected to officially launch their program in July.
Foundation Ambassador and Rugby star, Wallaby – Samu Kerevi is expected to be present at the launch.
