Fifty seven year old Anil Dutt, who has been on the run since last week, has been found.

Police spokesperson Atunaisa Sokomuri confirms that Dutt was arrested by Police after a tip off and he is currently admitted in the Lautoka Hospital.

Dutt is alleged to have checked in with a 47-year-old woman at a guest house in Suva.

The woman was later found dead in the guest house.

Meanwhile, the post mortem of a 47-year-old woman was conducted and the findings are consistent to injuries sustained as a result of murder.

Police investigations are continuing.
