A forty-two-year-old man will be produced at the Labasa Magistrates Court this morning for allegedly raping his thirteen-year-old daughter.

The matter was referred to the Labasa Police by Health authorities after she was found to be five months pregnant.

The accused is alleged to have committed the offence sometime in December last year.

The accused has been charged with one count of rape.
