A thirty-eight-year-old man who allegedly raped his eleven-year-old neighbor two years ago in Vatuwaqa, Suva today pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The man is charged with two counts of rape and one count of sexual assault.

It is alleged the man committed the offences on three separate occasions between January 1st and December 31st in 2016.

The alleged rape trial is currently underway before the Suva High Court.
