Police are currently questioning a 36-year-old man who allegedly raped 3 girls, aged five, seven and nine on different occasions.

The man was produced at the Taveuni Magistrates Court charged with one count of rape.

He has been remanded in custody and will reappear at the Labasa High Court on the 10th of this month.

Police spokesperson, Ana Naisoro says, the man is currently being questioned for the other two cases of sexual assault reported against him.
