The investigation files regarding the Vilikesa Soko case and the Youtube video case have been submitted to the Office of the Director Public Prosecutions.

The Fiji Police Force in a statement says no other comments will be made in relation to the matter until after the files are returned from the DPP’s Office.

Soko was allegedly killed while being questioned over a robbery in Nadi this year.

The video on You Tube relates to alleged brutality in the arrest of escapees by a task force comprising police and army officers early last year.
