Investigators have gathered information indicating the two brothers who are victims of an alleged murder-suicide case.

This may be linked to a family case pending in court.

The two aged three and five were discovered motionless in their family car in Namau, Ba last night.

A few meters away their father was found dead after allegedly taking his own life.

Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro says the initial information gathered which is still subject to further investigation, is that the children were the subject of an ongoing custody battle.

Naisoro says the post-mortem examinations of the three victims will be conducted soon.

An investigation continues.
